Who should attend
For learners who work in the Food Manufacturing environment, whose responsibility it is to manufacture quality products in the timescales provided to them by the employer.

Course content
Learners are required to undertake two mandatory, plus four optional, units from the pathway relevant to their job.

– Operational skills
– Craft bakery skills
– Process bakery skills
– Meat & poultry processing skills
– Butchery retail skills
– Retail & service support skills
– Facilities support skills
– Distribution skills
– Livestock droving skills

Assessment is through submission of a portfolio of evidence and/or professional discussion, to demonstrate that the requirements are met at the relevant standard.
