Nick Davies from ABP Ellesmere has recently been promoted within the company and as a result he has embarked onto the level 3 Advanced Butchery Standard. Nick explained that since completing the Level 2 Butchery Standard with Shropshire Training he has rapidly gained promotion from the Boning Hall into the Intakes Department where he is responsible for monitoring the quality  and specifications of the meat through the department.

Nick explained “ABP Ellesmere have identified my passion for the work I carry out and as a result they have promoted me into the supervisory role which I am thoroughly enjoying. A big thank you must go to Jake from Shropshire Training as he consistently encouraged me to demonstrate my potential”
