Shropshire Training continues to support Dalehead Foods in Spalding, Lincolnshire with a further two Apprentice Butchers joining the staff at the pork processing plant. Nick Collins, Training and Development Co-ordinator at Dalehead explained the two new Apprentices would be welcomed by the three current Apprentice Butchers and the workforce in general.

We feel the programme currently running with Shropshire Training takes the Apprentice on a journey through the meat industry which is vital for the Apprentices to gain knowledge of. The knowledge and skills gained throughout the programme really provides a solid foundation of the meat industry and a platform enabling the Apprentices to further their career within Dalehead Foods
